Since 1983, Lee’s Coffee embarked on a mission to share the love and passion for Vietnamese style coffee in the United States. Through our family recipe, our cà phê sữa đá became a community favorite.
In 2004, we began roasting our own coffee beans in order to provide even higher quality and consistent products for our coffee lovers. Our new roasted blends introduced a variety of flavors from light to dark, providing you more options. Our new products, such as our bottled cà phê sữa đá, ground coffee, and instant pour-over packs, gave you more convenience. Still, we continue our commitment to enhance the coffee experience.
Today, we are excited to announce the opening of our Lee’s Coffee Roastery. Proudly located in Little Saigon, USA, our customers can come experience our coffee roasting process and see the dedication we put into each cup of coffee. From bean to cup, we hope to share the best coffee for you.
WHAT’S OUR PROCESS?
With years of experience, our coffee experts are confident in our selection process. To us, quality and consistency are the most important factors in deciding which sources to foster a long-term relationship with. Each coffee bean batch we receive is cupped before it joins the Lee’s Coffee family, and then shared with you.
More advanced and cleaner than other conventional roasting methods, we utilize the latest infrared roasting technology. It gives us more control and consistent roasting, while reducing contaminants to the coffee beans. In addition, it requires less energy than conventional methods, thus, cleaner for the environment.
