Huehuetenango, the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America, is one of the best regions in Guatemala for coffee production. The overall characteristics are sweet acidity, citrus and pleasant hint of nuttiness. It is excellent straight or as a blender.

Grown at approximately 4,900 feet in elevation in Chiapas, Southern Mexico, this area is one of the best coffee growing regions in Central America. Mexican Custepec, a medium bodied, an acidity reminiscent of dry white wines, offers a hint of nuttiness and a slight woodiness in the finish.
